The Quarry & Mining software uses an SQL Anywhere database providing a robust platform for all your daily activities within the industry.

Weighing Dialogue
The software includes an integrated weighing dialogue capable of communicating with any weighbridge manufacturers’ indicators. The dialogue is fully configurable and includes: Goods In, Goods Out, Cement and Casual. Quotations can be created within the quotation screen. The contract file or job file pulls together a customer’s agreed price for a product together with the haulage charged to the customer and haulage paid to the driver. Daily orders speed up the weighing dialogue in that all known data is retrieved with the order number and the transaction is priced accordingly.

Internet
In conjunction with your internet provider the data can be made available across the internet. Customer balance enquiry, skip activities and order progress monitoring can all be made available to your customers.

Camera
Web and security cameras can be interfaced directly to the application and viewed on and off-line.

Barriers/Traffic lights
Outputs to control traffic management.

Driver Terminal
A variety of driver terminals can be directly or indirectly attached to the application.

Reporting
The software comes complete with a compliment of standard reports including POD and haulier self-bill. In addition we offer our integrated reports generator, enabling users to create the most advanced of bespoke reports, graphs, charts, label and entry screens.

Invoicing
Invoices can be generated on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and prior to printing can be viewed and amended, if required. Once the invoices have been produced the summary details can be posted to any accounts package.

Support
We offer a support contract for all aspects of the application to include support via telephone, modem and VPN. Within the contract we do minor changes requested and can either remotely upgrade or send it out to the customer on CD.
