This new system has been designed to support quarry operators with a complete, connected solution for managing weighbridge activity, customer records, quotes, contracts, daily work orders, ticketing, invoicing, reporting and proof of delivery. The software is currently being rolled out and will be officially revealed on our website soon.

Built with flexibility in mind, the system can be deployed as either a cloud-based platform or a Windows desktop solution, depending on site requirements. It connects directly to the weighbridge for live weight capture and is compatible with any weighbridge model, giving operators a reliable and adaptable system for day-to-day quarry operations.

The platform also includes tools for creating quotes, enquiries, contracts and daily work orders, helping teams manage commercial and operational processes from one central system. Tickets can be emailed directly to customers, while invoices and reports can also be sent automatically, reducing manual administration and improving communication.

A dedicated proof of delivery app for Android and Apple devices allows customer signatures to be captured on-site, providing a modern and efficient way to confirm deliveries. Customers and hauliers can also access a secure portal to download tickets and invoices whenever required.

The system has been designed to support multiple users across seven sites, with automatic data backup included for added security and peace of mind. It can also link automatically with accounting platforms such as Microsoft Business Central or Sage, helping streamline financial processes and reduce duplicate data entry.
