End-to-End Weighbridge Efficiency: Terminals, Tickets, Audits

We’ve implemented our entry-level Weighbridge Software for a local council, delivering four driver terminals, cross-site ticketing, and a management web app to streamline weighbridge operations.
The new weighbridge ticketing system has been rolled out to support day-to-day operations across multiple council sites, combining four dedicated driver terminals with a central management web app. Designed around speed and simplicity, the driver-facing screens keep the workflow clear and consistent, while the back-office portal gives supervisors the tools to create, edit, and audit tickets with full visibility.
The solution connects directly to the weighbridge for live weight capture and supports common operational workflows such as Waste In and Waste Out. Tickets can be produced in a professional, standardised layout with all required job details, including optional digital signatures, and can be emailed instantly for faster turnaround and clearer record keeping. With cross-site data access, teams can work from a shared view of jobs and tickets while maintaining accurate logging and traceability for compliance and internal review. All ticket data is stored securely in a structured SQL database to support reporting, history, and future scalability.
